Kohli Deck & Gate Renovation

The deck and gate were in a state of disrepair, the deck had settled over 4 inches and the steps and planks were in terrible condition. The gate and fence section were badly in need of replacement. We were able to level the deck using in house fabricated, adjustable jacks. We were able to salvage the undercarriage which saved the customer a significant amount of money. We reskinned the structure with 5/4" deck boards and rebuilt all three sets of steps. The customers were thrilled with the end result as well as the price.
